Okay, so in 10 minutes I get to let someone from my team go...

Little improvement, still isn't able to start performing her job...

She has the option of staying on until we find someone new (probably 4 weeks) or leaving now, or leaving as soon as she finds something new. This is per my boss.

I feel kind of queasy. This is the right decision, she's had a lot of opportunity and feedback on her performance, and still just isn't stepping up.
