I'm still waiting for our local kid to live up to his billing. Betances may never end up a starting pitcher.

He's only 24 but he's getting to be an old 24. Hughes has been up for years and he's only 25.

Betances has a problem with control that seems to get worse every year. He has so much upside if he can get control. I fear he'll end up a RP and never get to where he was expected to be.
