There's at least one guy in the loading bay that survives the attack. Is he with Weyland later, or did we just forget him?
And in the medical bay, Shaw knocks out two people before escaping. What happened to them?
Well, of course, they're all dead now. But if they were still alive when the captain was going to crash the ship, you'd think he would have had the courtesy to ask them to leave.
