glad you persevered and got it.
I know we've been hard on you (especially Amanda, bless her) to get changes going but you kinda needed it. In the end you've got things in place to make things much better for yourself.
Keep going, and don't doubt yourself when applying anywhere. You've proven that you're worthy.
