Maybe. During the winter, we have the thermostat in the low 70s, yet the upstairs is in the mid 60s.

(i prefer mid 60s in the winter so that doesnt really bother me.)

Our house inside is 2.5 levels and it's always warmer upstairs.....opening the upstairs windows in the early morning and keeping the downstairs
