Our house inside is 2.5 levels and it's always warmer upstairs.....opening the upstairs windows in the early morning and keeping the downstairs

windows closed and draped has helped tremendously. We also had a window in the stairway that didn't open so we replaced it with one that does open and *that* has made a big difference too.
