I realize that in many ways, this is an impotent organization. Even so, we filed a complaint against Best Buy last month. They responded today and they decided that their best course of action would be to flat out lie about the events in question. They are now denying that they ever repaired our TV, which means they had to delete a record of said repair. They are also claimed a phantom discount was offered to us as a method of apology. This too is utterly false.
How can we use this? Any suggestions?
