If I go further up the BB food chain, I'm not sure what my option would be other than to point out that if I sue and the manager gets caught perjuring himself, they'd be in trouble. Corporations are in the business of ignoring such threats, even if they are accurate.

I'm so taken aback by the nuclear escalation of lies that I'm at least temporarily stymied about how to proceed.
