I mostly just don't want to have to throw on special clothes. Just put on some shoes and run. Unfortunately,

it's two fucking degrees outside. And my shins are still burning from Monday's pathetic effort, where I didn't even end up getting very much cardio, because my lower legs gave out before I could do much actual running.
