Can someone who's read A Clash of Kings tell me where I am in the book? (spoilers)

Renly was just murdered. Catelyn returned to Riverrun. Tywin just left Harrenhal.
Is this about half way? I bought a 4 book pack, so I can't even really judge by percentage. I love my kindle, but wish I knew what page I'm on.
Also, a friend spoiled Renly's death to me. After hearing where I was in the book a few days ago, and I asked them not to give anything away, they said "Ooooh, Renly's about to _______."
Their claim was they didn't give anything away. That the blank above could have been anything. My mind immediately knew Renly was gonna die once reading that. Grrrrr.
