We did one substitution at the last minute that I'll try to remember everything on, plus there were lots of bread courses and palate cleansers that weren't on the menu.
Some bread courses came with 6 or 7 different butters (lavender infused, etc.) to choose from. There were also several bonus desserts after the official desserts.
One guest took high quality photos and promised to send them to everybody.
