was trying to find this earlier but cant find the actors real name (so this makes it problematic in trying to research and I want to avoid future BB spoils as well)

But

The actor who played Tuco's Dad/Uncle? in wheel chair.

He was also in Oz. What was his Oz characters name???

Its been driving me crazy all day!
