there are lots that use nuts/nut milk to get the creamy, but they take work. if calories don't matter, here's one that uses coconut milk.. nm but: -- (link)

I'd think goats milk would change the flavor quite a bit. I googled with: alfredo sauce -dairy -soy -nuts
