I've been to Woonsocket, but not in a few years. I knew about the fake store, which is kind of amusing.

The company as a whole gets a few things right; the social media push is kind of mandatory for a company now anyway. My problem right now is our district managers are so numbers and metric focused that it's sucking even the tiniest amount of enjoyment I have at trying to help people at my job.
