So, the interview went well yesterday. Couple questions for anyone who feels like chiming in.

I'm currently an IT guy for a small company, I'm basically "the guy", and I'm looking to move into larger environments or deployments. So, this job I interviewed for yesterday is with a larger company, approx 500 workstations and a 6 man IT team. There are a bunch of interesting projects coming, but one of my buddies (who's contracting to Suncor through IBM) says that I should consider holding out for something that's more specifically project focused, as in a company that size I might find that they end up farming all the cool projects out to 3rd parties anyway. What do you guys think? I'm especially interested to hear what any of the IT folks think.
