Well, that's a risk no matter where I leave for. However in IT things are actually pretty good. Company budgets are being cut but IT budgets are

still growing. The need to find new efficiencies and drive productivity requires IT support in most cases.
So anyway, leaving for more money is a risk, but so is sitting on my hands and making a lot less money because I'm scared.
