Brave: B. I can definitely see the flaws and criticisms to it but it was still entertaining

Granted I lean more toward loving the Pixar films than most and definitely think the high standard they place themselves in puts good movie's like this at a disadvantage. It's still entertaining as all hell. The animation is again top-notch and the voice acting is just brilliant (I love Billy Connolly and Kevin McKidd). I think the problem lies in having a heroine so strong as Merida placed in a situation that was so weak that it never really matched or showed her strengths. So we kinda lose that "want" to follow her in solving it.
And a few BB's back, there was discussion of the ranking of Pixar's films from best to worst... here's mine.
1. Toy Story
2. The Incredibles
3. Toy Story 3
4. Ratatouille
5. UP
6. Finding Nemo
7. Wall-E
8. Toy Story 2
9. Monster's Inc
10. A Bug's Life
11. Brave
12. Cars
13. Cars 2
