The co-counsel was hammering the continuance denials...to which Jeff Toobin on CNN was beyond incredulous. It took him ten seconds to get the question out after numerous starts that began with "Are you...*can't say fucking on the air, can't say fucking...* Are you really basing your hopes on that?"

Mark Geragus? was on the broadcast and even he was almost like, "Seriously?"

They had a shit case and were clearly grasping as straws...instead of talking in generalities ... they looked like petulant little kids.

Legally, they might have a point (no one seemed to think so though), but professionally, they looked like 3 year olds.
