funny you should mention that ... a little over 20 yrs ago, when my nephew was about 3 yrs old ...

a lot of the family got together for a vacation at the beach ... one evening we all went out to eat dinner, piling into several cars to get there. I was in the car with my nephew and both of his parents ... on the way back to the condo, that song was playing. when we got back, my nephew went up to my mom and said, "Grandmom, guess what? if you don't each your meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't each your meat?"
She had no clue because she isn't familiar with Pink Floyd... but it was still a cute funny moment for a 3 yr old to be able to remember that,,,
