do i respond? in the past, my encounters with them have gone like this "we think you have all the skills we want, blah blah blah, but we are too scared to hire you because you worked at a tiny firm, and we think that may make you untrainable"
i've gotten that response from 3 of the national firms, and 2 regional firms, in the last 5 years when i applied, or they emailed me after finding me resume.
