I don't just mean returns. Their touchscreen card machines are terrible, and there's never an

employee around to help you. When there is, they are clueless (like, say, where something is). And they are big on staffing at bare minimum levels on the registers. And where are all the managers that you can talk to?
(recency effect for me, somewhat, had a rather mediocre experience last evening.)
