Should be 30 min before 1st tee time, I agree.

That would be more effort on their parts though, as tee times vary throughout the year.
MY pet peeve for Golf is when Rounds are cancelled, especially Round 2. That means you have to set your Saturday roster based on not knowing who made the cut.
