Not that anyone asked me, but my take on the atheist ads is pretty simple. "Why?"

Most of the religious ads are out there to try to get people to come to their church. After all, the more butts in the pews, the more dollars in the collection plate. Makes sense. (The fire and brimstone ads, telling me I'm going to hell...I don't consider part of this group...they fall more in the group with the Atheist ads)

What are the Atheists trying to accomplish with their ad?

Seems to me like they're trying to push the button for the sake of pushing the button.

You know what...good for them, rage on. But ultimately, shitting on the beliefs of hundreds of millions of people just because you can...seems kinda dickish to me. And more importantly...pointless.

But that's just me and no one asked.
