I can't remember who it was who was recently fired for lying on his resume, but I wouldn't care, because of the stupid glass ceiling issue.

Sure, if someone says they graduated tops fancy from Oxford and then runs my company into the ground, fire them to hell. But if someone says they have a law degree when in actuality they just have perfect memory and excellent research skills, and they're good for business? Congratulate and promote 'm.
