I hope he didn't rent it completely on line, from some guy who is now a missionary in nigeria so he couldn't show the place to him personally but

promised to send the keys as soon as the deposit was wired western union.
actually this is a viscious scam that is growing. usually they use foreclosed homes cause the bank doesn't check as often.
damn that sucks balls cause I'll bet your friend paid first/last, probably put down a few installation fees for cable and phone
