I think the opposite. I think it takes a major arrow out of Romney's quiver. The debate would have been framed that not only was Obama's signature

piece of legislation overturned, but that it showed he doesn't care about the constitution and individuals rights. They can still argue the merits of healthcare reform, but they can't get that visceral argument that Obama doesn't care about the rule of law and will pass unconstitutional legislation. I think Jack has it right below.
