Just one last point about this for me (and then I have to work for a while). The absolute biggest deal here is that winning this case means we have

healtchare legislation. It completely changes the political reality of this debate. The legislation will and should be revised and changed over the years to make it work more effectively. I believe that if the Republicans engage in an actual exchange of real ideas they can add to the debate and improve it. But they have to deal with the legislation in place. They can't try to start from scratch pushing plans that will never be agreed to by the other side (and leaving us without healthcare legislation that will help millions of people for decades. Again.) The only way they can change it (in the immediate future) is by working with it. That's huge.
