look, all i think is that they should have to file some sort of informational return.

show assets, and expenses, and programs. maybe its not a 990, but i think they should.
and they should want to, to show how good they are at their missions, etc. they shouldnt want to hide that stuff.
but too often, they do. and i dont blame it on parishener governance, there is only so much they can do, especially if the behaivor has been long term.
