this is true.. and it seems like the tax bracket for this is kind of pointless..

$95 or 1%, whichever is greater. If I'm making $95k/year... probably got healthcare. If I'm not... I'm probably getting tax credits. I think this could have been struck down in any case and not mattered...not gonna fund much.
I'm still not sure whether you have to be covered for the entire year, of if I had to have been covered at SOME point over the year..
