Roads... thought those were paid for by car and gas taxes...if I don't drive or own a car, I don't pay for roads, yeah?

I do have a very a-la-carte view of taxes - libraries, schools, social programs, museums, etc... I don't think my tax dollars should go to those unless I use them. If I have kids, sign me up for school tax! If not.. leave me alone.
