Hmm... appendicitis does jump out of the blue. I just had a dude last week who thought he had food poising, nothing really major just some

stomach pain, diarrhea. Maybe a few episodes of vomiting. Had some bad food the day before. No problem.. but wait.. pain didn't resolve .. comes in 1 week later. Perforated appendicitis.
