That's a false argument, not everyone owns a car.

Yes, people who do (hopefully) pay for car insurance and a portion of that premium goes in the 'pot' to defray costs for those who don't. Owning a car is a personal decision. Obamacare takes that decision away....sure we all have lives and health to look after, I understand that....but the law is basically saying "carry health insurance or be penalized." So, take my neighbor, for instance....she's low income and works for an employer who doesn't carry health insurance....she doesn't have health insurance because she can't afford it. So what makes the government think she can afford this new tax instead? Then there's my second concern....the insurance companies are being forced to form collectives (exchanges or whatever they want to call them), I can see that being a BIG money loser for them....who will be paying their cost of doing business? ME.
