Yes, I guess it's not foul yet, but it would have landed in foul territory if the infielder hadn't touched it

Livestrong.com says this: A batted foul ball that deflects off a fielder before it lands in fair territory is then considered a fair ball and is live.
But I can't find the exact rule for that
