tell the surgeon or whomever is prepping you that you'd really like something, before the surgery to "relax". It's essentially paid for already, medical allowable and "so choice...I highly recommend it".

I'm not looking forward to my next surgery but I am going to do everything I can to get exceptionally high before hand.
