I heard about this but I still don't understand what the issue is. Doesn't she wear one or something similar when she's swimming?

I just can't understand how this could possibly be an issue. So someone like Michael Phelps shouldn't take a pic of himself in shorts with no shirt?

That's how they dress when they're doing their jobs. How can anyone at all on Earth be upset about it.
