Is there a fixed number of cars that can run a NASCAR race?

That is, can anyone with the bucks buy into a race? Or, if one teams wants to race, another team has to drop out? Will we reach a point where they'll need to have qualifiers?

The top 35 in points are automatically in the race. Anyone else that wants to show up can but they have to make the show. - spamlet Jun 29, 06:14
