who is dutifully writing down notes which include a list of Action Items. I glance over and I see:

- Contact Mr. Blah Blah
- Make sure server is set up
- Finalize test plans
- Kill 'Mel'
- Discuss back out procedu...wait? Wha?

I spent the next few minutes trying not to burst out laughing.
