Ben and Jack have hooked up and they have Locke's body. They are trying to get the rest of the 6 (plus Desmond) to go back to the island as all the problems that have occurred are because they left.
Kate is on the run from an attorney who wants a blood test to prove that Aaron is not hers...and she's hooked up with Sun, who's in cahoots with Widmore to kill Ben.
Sayid has also taken his leave from Ben and has broken Hurley out of the looney bin, killing 3 men in the process. With Sayid knocked out by a tranqulizier dart, Hurley has is dad get Sayid to Jack.
Meanwhile, Ben goes to get Hurley to go back with him to the island. After assaulting Ben with a Hot Pocket, Hurley refuses to go with Ben and instead goes out to be arrested by the cops who think he killed the men that Sayid actually killed.
So...Kate, Aaron and Sun are together going after Ben. Ben, Jack and now Sayid are together, but Sayid doesn't agree. And Hurley has been arrested.
Oh yeah...and Desmond is sent on a wild goosechase to find Faraday's mother and comes up short...
On the island...someone else can catch that part up. :)
