We've been approached by various groups in the past but always told them there's nothing to see.

The most recent discussion was due to a request from an independent film group wanting to use the ranch house for location shots. Their plot was for a suspense thriller and involved mysterious events. We declined based on the fragility of our furnishings and associated artifacts.
