Dr. Who may be an excellent premise, and I enjoyed some of the mythology elements ("The Face of Boe" and all that). But execution is horrendous. To not have upgraded the Cybermen or the Daleks for the new series is shameful. And the end game of the Master's return is utterly criminal.
