The Alber Brooks' skill with a knife is already established by the time that happens. He slayed that killer in Ron Perlman's pizzeria. And there was that scene where Albert Brooks carefully puts his razor away in an ornate glass box after offing the Breaking Bad dude. It's almost like he's the "Drive" of blades.
