maj, crock pot jerk chix.....

I will know better tonight when I try it, but this is basically what I did...

I rubbed the chicken with ground red pepper, put it in the pot with one packet of chicken stock, a spoonfull of cruched garlic, one large onion, chopped, and a bottle of Lawry's Carribean Jerk marinade.

Started cooking it on low at midnight last night, should be ready to shred when I get home.
