I wish all news orgs fact checked even half as well as this.

The only issue I would take with FactCheck is their discussion of whether Romney was a "Corporate Raider".
Whether he initiated hostile takeovers or was invited in by management, the end result for *employees* of those companies was the same either way; layoffs, salary cuts, etc.
