...these are the same pundits who were reading the tea leaves from the oral arguments and drawing their conclusions from that alone. JackDawson was adamant that oral arguments cannot be used to draw conclusions, and he was eminently correct. The pundits are trying to explain their utter wrong-itude. JackDawson was right then, and he's probably right now.
