Theoretically, you're not supposed to get it again, but the symptoms sure point to that. They're not as severe as last time, though. My older daughter likely had it on Saturday night. She threw up, and was fine by morning. He sister, though, has been a terror since Sunday. The daycare is closed today because so many kids and caregivers have it. The kid of one of my co-workers had it last week. The next day, she - the coworker - went home with a sore throat, but she doubted it was hand-foot-and-mouth because "adults don't get it". Heh. Sure they don't.
