I generally dont know what job burnout feels like but after the last 6 months and lots of 65-70 hour weeks,....I cant focus today.

My brain will just not shift into gear to work on a document. The most I seem to be able to get going to day is poking at my staff to keep them moving and closing cases and just cleaning up my in box...feel sorta dazed and tired.

I am guessing this is what people talk about when they talk about burn out but not really sure. Will a single day off sleeping a lot help/fix it?
