seriously under epmployed since the marriage office started giving the couples a list of judges who regularly do weddings so they get first crack at..

them. used to be they'd be told to look in the phone book under courts, however only a dozen of the 50-60 judges did weddings regularly, so folks would call, get voice mail, few called back. then my card (along with a half dozen others) would come in the mail.
now my town built a new city hall with its own court room and that guy does little else BUT weddings
