I remember being at a coffee stand with a friend. The barista messed up our orders, then served us burnt coffee, and slowly.
My friend started waving money around, asking if there was a tip jar. I was confused.
Not to get all Mr. Pink here (though he had a point), but is there a connection between tipping and performance at all? I don't know how there can be, but still have a 15% minimum.
