our sales tax is not quite 10% so I just double it. you know who you should tip...bartenders and cocktail waitresses, it helps

even though I usually only have one or two, I tip and when I go into the swiss, the guy automatically pours me a taster of the newest tap, pours me a 2nd when I come back without having to stand in the line that sometimes forms.
at Doyles I get recognized which usually gets me in the door when htey are packed, and get seen by the bartendress when there are a dozen hands waving.
