That is my diagnosis. Young athlete with some heart problem = better rule out hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

When you hear on the news someone young playing some sport and dies on the spot, it is very likely due to this.
In his players case since he is professional he probably had a good physical before so maybe less likely hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
